It all started when…

I discovered my love of photography back in 2014, when my dad gave me his Nikon d40x and said “go play”... and the rest is history.

I took the camera to my musical theatre rehearsals and realized that I could capture moments in time that would last forever. I also enjoyed the reactions of my castmates when they saw my photos. I started to do headshots and portraits and was hired to photograph several local theatre productions.

I followed my passion for photography with jobs at LifeTouch and Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, and then began to photograph weddings, engagements, and all of life’s special events.

My goal as a photographer is for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves so I can capture my clients' unique personalities and memorable moments of their lives.

Mindy spent her early years studying fine art and received her degree in History of Art. After working in advertising and marketing, she became a full-time-Mom and part-time-entrepreneur. She recently discovered the art of photography and assists Ana in many aspects of Stasia Steuart Photography. Mindy specializes in capturing candid moments, working with children, and arranging unique lay flats.
